With 37 years of experience in the maintenance, engineering and reliability fields, Tibor’s foundational knowledge is an asset to any project. His expertise has evolved from defining equipment reliability needs through functional failure mode analysis, to the development of business processes required to manage work effectively to assure the required level of reliability. Through exposure to other aspects of the operations process beyond maintenance and reliability, his role evolved to optimization of entire asset-based systems or process lines including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) optimization. In his previous role he developed specialized Maintenance and Reliability solutions to address clients’ specific challenges.
He is driven by the ongoing challenge of designing optimal reliability and maintenance process solutions to address clients’ specific challenges, whether they be equipment, people or process-related. What he appreciates most is the opportunity to work in a multitude of different industries, with different types of processes and assets with so many great people that all have one main trait in common: a passion for asset management and reliability.
